My Basket By Deesons wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Deesons.in is made to make you feel happy and we back that up with our return policies.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you're not pleased with your purchase from Deesons.in just contact us within 7 days and we will give you a store credit, refund or replacement depending on the nature of the commodity. We reserve the right to choose what of the three - store credit, refund or replacement has to be provided or to completely decline the replacement. You must physically return the product at our store from where you have picked your order, To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with our barcode intact and unaltered. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that seasonal items for eg. navrattra specials, diwali gift packs etc and cosmetics shall not be replaced once sold. No commodity shall be replaced after 7 days of sale. In case of receiving a Damaged or Expired product the product can be replaced after the given time period as well.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you in store credits or in cash depending on the nature of the item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (if charged) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
